Project & Financial Reports |

- Within one month of the Project completion, the Recipient should submit a completion report, with statement of accounts & photos in soft & hardcopies. Original copies of all printed materials, quotations, invoices and receipts should be attached.
- A summary report on activities & finance should be submitted on a regular half-yearly basis unless the Project takes less than nine months to complete.
- If an extension of the submission deadline is required, prior approval should be obtained from AEON Fund
- A minimum of 12 photos with captions should be the highlight of the overall Project, and should be stored in CD-Rom in file format of JPEG. The resolution of image of softcopy should be at least 300 dpi.

Allocation & Use of Funds |

- The Grant must appear distinctly in the Recipient’s audited annual statement of accounts of the financial year in which the Grant is made.
- Any items not on the approved budget list will not be reimbursed. Prior approval from AEON Fund is required for budget reallocation.
- For the procurement of goods & services, the Recipient should select the supplier with the lowest bid. If the value is greater than $10,000, quotations from at least two suppliers should be obtained. If not, full justifications must be given and prior consent from AEON Fund should be obtained. All quotations and tendering documents should be kept for inspection.

Rights of the Sponsors |

- Names & logos of AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. (AEON Credit) and AEON Fund should appear prominently on all publicity & promotional materials, including printed, electronic & media.
- Intellectual Property Rights
The Recipient unconditionally and irrevocably grants to AEON Credit and AEON Fund a royalty-free perpetual licence to use and publish any and/or all photos, results, findings and any other information provided in the application form, the completion report and other publications or publicity materials related to the sponsored Project.
- Draft of publicity materials, e.g. press release, poster, application form, flyer, banner, backdrop, souvenir, publication etc. should be approved by AEON Fund, and a set of softcopy in final form should be submitted to AEON Fund for record purpose. AEON Fund reserves the right to request 50 hardcopies of poster & publication for record and distribution.
- AEON Fund reserves the right to check all financial records kept by the Recipient relating to the use of the Grant, including quotations & tendering documents, and to give suggestions on the re-allocation of budget items for project enhancement.
- AEON Fund may at any time, if it deems fit, amend or add any terms or conditions, in consultation with the Recipient.
- AEON Fund reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Grant by giving one month’s notice to the Recipient, stating the reason(s) for such suspension / termination. Upon receiving a suspension notice, the Recipient should demonstrate to the satisfaction of AEON Fund any rectification measures it proposes to take to rectify the stated problems before the date of suspension. For a terminated Project, refund of Grant is required.

Suspension / Termination of Funds |

An approved Project may be suspended or terminated in any of the following situations:
- The Recipient gives false information or withholds any materials related to the Project.
- The Recipient fails to notify & get prior approval from AEON Fund on any changes regarding the Project implementation.
- The Recipient neither complies with the Funding Terms & Conditions nor provides reasonable explanations or appropriate solutions to the problem areas of the Project.
- The Recipient uses the names and/or logos of AEON Credit and/or AEON Fund for publicity for commercial interest or other purposes without prior written consent or which in the opinion of AEON Credit and/or AEON Fund might prejudicial to the interest, business or reputation of and/or cause any liability to AEON Credit and/or AEON Fund.

No Liability |

Neither AEON Credit nor AEON Fund shall be liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred or arising from the Project.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction |
| |
The Deed of Agreement including these Funding Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong") and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
