FUNDING GUIDELINES

For Submitted Project:
1. Any registered non-profit making organization or body in Hong Kong and China having the objects substantially similar to the Fund's is eligible to apply.
2. If the grant applied for is less than HK$100,000, the result of application will be notified after the vetting. If the amount is or exceeds HK$100,000, the result will be informed following the latest Board Meeting of the Fund.
3. The Board of the Fund reserves the absolute discretion to award or reject an application with or without assigning any reasons and subject to such conditions as they deem fit in each application.

For approved project:
1. Any revision of the objectives & content of an approved project must be submitted and approved by the Fund. If any applicant organization fails to do so, the Fund reserves the right not to award the grant, and to request the applicant organization to refund the grant if the grant has been awarded.
2. The source of funding (the name and the logo of the Fund) must be acknowledged in all publicity materials relating to the project.
3. The grant must appear distinctly in the audited statement of account of the applicant organization and the Fund reserves the right to check all financial records kept by the applicant organizaitron relating to the use of the grant.
4. A completion and evaluation report on the project (including photos) and a detail-itemized statement of accounts must be submitted to the Fund within one month of the project's completion.
5. Publications or publicity materials produced relating to a funded project must be submitted to the Fund and the Fund has the right to publish results, findings and any other information provided in application and in publicity materials.
